Fees & Policies

During your initial consultation we will discuss my fees based on our agreed upon services. Session fees are due at the time of each service.

Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check.

Insurance

I am an Out-of-Network provider which means I do not work directly with insurance companies.  Many insurance plans do, however, provide some reimbursement for out-of-network clinicians.  If you’re interested in pursuing reimbursement, it’s a good idea to reach out to your insurance plan before treatment begins and ask the following questions:

Is speech therapy covered by my medical benefits?
What is the coverage amount per session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
Is there a separate deductible for speech therapy services?

​Each month I will email you a “superbill” that has all the information you need to make a claim to your carrier.  This will allow any reimbursement to be sent directly to you. 
Cancellation Policy

I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  This allows me to be as available as possible to my clientele.  With less than 24 hours notice, I will attempt to reschedule your session in the same calendar week otherwise you will be responsible for the entire session fee.
